Hello! My name is John and welcome to my profile page.

As a multidisciplinary Product UX Design Leader with an interdisciplinary skillset, I am very passionate about understanding users how they utilize digital products, and what are their desires for better usability, applying emerging technologies.

With over 25+ years of experience in developing product strategies, I delivered dynamic experiences through extensive Research, Defining, Ideating, Prototyping, and User-Testing. I've been always dedicated to find the ultimate experience solutions for all types of users that deliver an immediate attraction and drive high responses - ROI.

My design style is very simple and minimalistic. My design principle came from the root of Industrial Design in product development. For many years, I continuously practiced the Design Thinking process and 'Human-Computer Interaction' focused on the interaction between people (users) and computers (digital products/services). Which helped me to deliver a user-centered design with unique solutions for many companies.

My management philosophy is that first I become a good example for the team, provide guidance, encourage them to create the highest quality, no micro-management, treat everyone the way I want to be treated, motivate my team members, and give them an opportunity for professional growth. I want to consistently apply these values in managing a team and reach the next level as a team continuously.

Throughout the years of managing a cross-functional team, I've accomplished building trust and integrity, demonstrated competence, engaged all stakeholders/product owners in setting ambitious goals, managed with empathy and accountability, helped each team member to be successful, created a positive, encouraging environment, and treated each individual with respect and humility.

• Collaboration: Leader spirit with a very strong sense of teamwork. I am a servant-leader and can both manage and execute projects. Excel at cross-functional team collaboration and problem-solving that leads to action.

During my career, I have been known for my ability to "Analyze a problem and Synthesize a solution", delivering the most effective strategy while managing high demand. I communicated clearly and effectively with all cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I truly believe that successful teamwork comes from sharing a common Vision, smart tools, and transparent leadership with the right people.
