Hello, I’m John Pak — a Principal Product Designer focused on AI-assisted enterprise systems, operational workflows, and complex decision environments.

For more than 20 years, I’ve designed enterprise platforms that help teams operate faster, make clearer decisions, and navigate complexity with greater confidence. My work sits at the intersection of AI systems, operational intelligence, cybersecurity, analytics, and large-scale enterprise workflows.

I specialize in translating complex AI models, fragmented workflows, and high-volume operational data into intuitive decision systems that improve trust, explainability, workflow clarity, and execution speed.

Throughout my career, I’ve led UX strategy and platform initiatives across organizations including Apple, Cisco, PwC, ADP, MGM, and financial and AI-driven enterprise platforms — partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data Science teams to align product strategy with real operational needs.

Most recently, my work has focused on AI-assisted investigation and decision-support systems designed to help analysts interpret risk signals, understand AI reasoning, and respond more effectively in high-volume operational environments.
